Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper Pizzas


Ingredients:

4 small unbaked pizza shells
1 cup pizza sauce
8 tablespoons diced green peppers
4
tablespoons diced onions
4 oz thinly sliced roasted chicken breasts
4 tablespoons
bottled roasted sweet-red pepper slices
1 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
  • Place 4 small unbaked pizza shells on a baking sheet.
  • Cover each pizza shell with 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 2 tablespoons diced green peppers, 1 tablespoon diced onions, 1 oz sliced roasted chicken breast, 1 tablespoon bottled roasted sweet-red pepper slices, and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minuites or until bubbly and crust is golden brown.

Makes 4 servings.
