Garlic Spread

Ingredients: 
1 package cream cheese (8-oz. or 240g); softened
1/2 cup softened margarine
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
salt and ground white pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. In food processor or blender combine all ingredients and process
until smooth. 
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with crackers and breads.
