Onion Sauce

Ingredients: 

2 medium onions, peeled and chopped

1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and black pepper to taste




Preparation:


1. Melt the margarine, add onions and fry until golden brown.

2. Add flour, stir well and gradually add milk, salt and pepper.

3. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, than add lemon juice and pass everything through a sieve.

4. Serve hot poured over meat or separately in a sauce bowl.
