Chilled Apricot Salad

Ingredients:

½ (15.5-ounce) can apricots, quartered
½ (15.5-ounce) can pineapple chunks
2 oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
1 pint (16 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt


Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients and gently stir to blend thoroughly.
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator for 24 hours or more.


Makes 6 Servings.
