Cointreau Chocolate Caffee

  • 1 tablespoon regular chocolate syrup
  • 1/3 cup hot espresso coffee 
  • 1/3 cup hot chocolate
  • 1 ounce Heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened whipped cream
  • Orange peel
  • Grated chocolate
1. In a large cappuccino cup mix together hot espresso coffee, chocolate syrup, hot chocolate, Cointreau, vanilla extract and Heavy cream. 
2. Whip the cream and spread over the surface and garnish with grated chocolate and sprinkle with orange peel.
3. Serve hot.

Makes 1 serving.
