3 tbs. packed light brown sugar
3 tbs. instant coffee crystals
5 cups hot water
1 cup orange liqueur
Orange Whipped Cream
Slivers of orange rind
1. In a medium size bowl,
combine brown sugar and instant coffee crystals. Blend in enough water
to moisten dry ingredients (about 1/3 cup), then whisk until smooth. Add
all remaining hot water and mix well.
2. Cover and microwave at
High until hot (about 5 minutes).
3. Stir in orange liqueur.
4. Pour into individual
cups, top with Orange Whipped Cream and decorate with slivers of orange
5. Serve with a straw and
a long handled spoon.

TIP: To prepare Orange
Whipped Cream, whip 1 cup cream with 1 teaspoon finely grated orange
rind, stir in 2 tablespoons
orange liqueur, pipe or spoon onto hot coffee. Decorate with thin slivers
of orange rind.
