The Magic Of Coffee

Bahamas Coffee

  • 2 ounces (60 ml) orange liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup (250 ml) double strength hot coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • 6 tablespoons cream
  • Grated chocolate.

1. Pour the hot coffee, orange liqueur and sugar into a pre-heated cocktail glass.
2. Cover with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
3. Serve hot without stirring.

NOTE: To make double strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
