4 cups freshly brewed double
1/4 cup semi-sweet or regular
1 cup half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla flavored
1. In large pitcher, combine
coffee and chocolate syrup. Mix well.
2. Stir in half and half
and vanilla syrup. Mix well. Cover and chill 30 minutes or up to 2 hours
3. To serve, pour chilled
mixture into frosted mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Makes 7-8 servings.
NOTE: To make double
strength coffee, use two tablespoons coffee for each cup (6 ounce) brewed.
TIP: For summer
version you could freeze a portion of prepared Iced Mocha Supreme in ice
cube trays and serve cubes and coffee combination in tall glasses, instead
of frosted mugs. Top with your favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt and
sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Serve with a straw and a long-handled
