1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons Bacardi
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Wash, cut and arrange fruit on serving dish.
powdered sugar with the egg, whipping cream and rum in mixing bowl;
using electric mixer beat until mixture is stiff enough to heap up.
- Using icing bag, decorate fruit on the serving dish with cream.
- Serve immediately.
Makes enough cream for 2 to 3 servings.
