1/2 cup fresh red currants
1/2 cup fresh black currants
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup wild strawberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. currant jelly
In a medium size heavy saucepan
combine all ingredients and cook them over medium heat till the fruit is
cooked and begins to come apart.
Spoon a bit of hot or cold
sauce over each serving. |
