Italian Roll-Ups

Create lunches with your kids that are fun, exciting and nutritious. They'll love this tasty tortilla roll-ups that include all the elements and nutrition found in great sandwich or pizza.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup brick style cream cheese

1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce

4 small whole-wheat tortillas

2 cups baby spinach

4 slices black forest ham

2 Mozzarella cheese sticks

2 pepperoni sticks


Directions:

1. Blend the cream cheese and pizza sauce together.

2. Spread an equal amount of sauce over each tortilla.

3. Top each tortilla with an even layer of spinach and a slice of ham.

4. Place a cheese or pepperoni stick at one end of tortilla and roll tightly.

5. Slice each tortilla into four rounds.


Makes 4 servings.
